Dear Mr. Brida:
This office has received a complaint that you have a
junto vehicle stored on the above listed property.
Please note that you are in violation of the City of
Northampton Ordinances adoptefd July 22, 19759 amended
April 289 1976 and december (, 1979. Article VII,
Section 169 page 8-8 states "No junk motor vehicles
shall be parked, stored or otherwise placed in, on or
upon land in any district fox' a period of more than
30 days."
As the junto car has been on Oe property for a period
of more than 30 days, please ',arrange to have the vehi-
cle removed within a 10 day period.

Please note that you are in violation of the City of
Northampton Ordinances adopted July 220 1975, amended
April 28, 1976 and December 6, 1979. Article VII,
Section 16, page 8-8 states 0 "No junk motor vehicles
shall be parked, stored or otherwise placed in, on or
upon land in any district fo* a period of more than
30 days."
As the junk car has been on the property for a period
