FINDINGS:
The Zoning Board of Appeals granted the special permit for an expansion of a deck further into the setback than the existing non-
conformity based upon the information submitted with the application.
The Board determined that the expansion closer to the rear setback would not be substantially more detrimental to the neighborhood
than the existing non-conforming setback on the side and the rear of the house. In granting the special permit, the Board approved the
request for the deck to come within 6' of the rear lot line.
