CONDITION OF APPROVAL:
1)Prior to Issuance of a building permit, applicant must complete inspections by a PE for the entire
stormwater system and submit a report and statement that the system is functioning as designed to
Office of Planning and Sustainability and Department of Public Works.
2)Prior to issuance of a building permit, the applicant shall record a fully executed stormwater
maintenance and operations plan as stipulated in the ordinance.
FINDINGS:
The Planning Board granted the request for an amendment to the original site plan based upon the following plans submitted with the
application:
LIA Chrysler Site Plan 263 King Street by Forish Construction and Huntley Associates PC, December 2015. Sheets 1-9.
The Board granted the amendment to the permit to add two sections of building to the side and rear of the existing structure upon
determination that the requirements under section 11.6 Site Plan Review. The two additions will be located on existing imperviuos
surface.
