The parcel is located on North King Street in the Highway Business Zone (HB) , a d is parcel 6, Sheet No. 18AB. 2. Section 7.4, parugraplh 2.b allcws one ground sign for each lot frontage and :specifies that "it shall not exceed one hundred (100) square feet in surface area, on any one side. No portion of it shall be set back less than fif- teen (15) feet from any street lot line, it shall not rise to more than fifteen (15) feet from the ground or side- walk; and it shall be i.11uminat-qO internally or by in- direct method with white light only". STAFF COMMENTS 1. The Planning staff does not object to the erection of a sign on this proper-Lty in conformance with the provisions of Section 7.4, pas:agrap3., 2.b. 2.
