Dear Mr. Pease,
You have proposed a new 3800 +/-square foot building on your property at 130 Spring Street.
Since the building is new construction over 2000 sq. ft., you will need site plan approval from the
Planning Board as an intermediate project in accordance with zoning chapter 350, section 11.0. 1 have
marked your application and included it with this letter.
The Planning Board will also consider, as part of the site plan review, your proposal for an
additional driveway to access the new building.
