all rolled into one.
Leading the industry in zero-energy egress systems,
Jessup's new Glo Brite®Eco Exit signs utilize the latest
photoluminescent technology to absorb and store
ambient light. In the event of an emergency with blackout
or smoky conditions this stored energy is immediately
visible, creating a clearly recognizable, photoluminescent
egress indicator. These innovative emergency egress signs
reduce the risk of panic or injury during an evacuation,
offering peace of mind while eliminating energy costs.

FIXTURE TYPE #1 & #2 (Phosphorous - no wiring required)
Exit Light Replacement Proiect
Wal-Mart Store #2901
Northhampton, MA
Scope of Work:
This project consists of the replacement of 19 existing Tritium-style self-
illuminated "EXIT"signs located throughout Wal-Mart Store #2901. See attached
plan sheet E1 for specific locations of all fixtures to be replaced.
15 of these existing fixtures will be replaced with new, self-contained
phosphorous fixtures manufactured by Jessup. These units require no wiring,
and are identified on the Lighting Fixture Schedule on sheet E1 as Fixture Type
#1 and/or#2.
The remaining 4 replacement fixtures will be LED-type units, manufactured by
LSI, and shown as Fixture Type #3 and/or#4 on the schedule. These fixtures will
require wiring that will be tapped into the nearest existing egress lighting circuit.
All existing circuits have been designed to handle future added capacity;
therefore no new circuits will be necessary. The existing circuits will not be
overloaded as a result of the additional load from these fixtures, which is minimal
(10VA/fixture).
