_:ns sibnitted therewith, and has determined that the area on which
t„,e proposed work is to be done is significant to one or more of the
i.it_erests described in the 'said act. The Conservation Commission
h :-eby orders that the following conditions are necessary and all
must be performed in strict accordance with said conditions and
v-1th the Notice of Intent and Plans, unless modified by said conditions:
Ci N'DITIONS
1. Failure to comply with all conditions stated herein, and with all
related statutes and other regulatory measures, shall be deemed
cause to revoke or modify this order.
This order does not grant any property rights' or any exclusive
privileges; it does not authorize any injury to private property
or invasion of private rights.
3. This order does not relieve the permittee or any other person of
the necessity of complying with all other applicable federal,
state or local statutes, ordinances, by -laws and /or regulations.
The work authorized hereunder- shall be completed within .one (1)
year from the date of this order unless otherwise stated below
pursuant to Regulation 6.7. The order may be extended by the
Issuing authority for one or more additional one -year periods
upon application to the said issuing authority at least thirty
days prior to the expiration date of the order or its extension.

order, the Conservation Commission shall be a party to all
agency proceedings and hearings before the Department.

- ,. No storage of equipment or vehicles shall be permitted below the
'level of the 110 foot (mean sea level - msl)contour line on the
site except as stated below.
The land between the 110 foot (msl) contour line and the banks of
the river may be used for temporary storage of vehicles during
the months of Jund, July and August, if conditions are favorable.
There shall be no storage of petroleum products below the 110
foot (msl) contour on the site..
The applicant shall make every effort to clean up the remaining
tires below the 110 foot (msl) contour line on the site within
one year from the date of issuance of this permit.
C. No grading or filling shall occur below the 110 foot (msl) contour
on the site, except as outlined below.
�;. A limited access road may be constructed for the removal of tires
from the lower area of the site, subject to approval by the
r,orthampton Conservation Commission which shall be.granted after
an on -site inspection.

the 110 foot (msl) contour level on the site. shall be permitted
