street) did not meet the original Comprehensive Permit criteria approved for the property that includes this lot.

The Zoning Board heard more than an hour and a half of comment by the applicant and reviewed the filing by the applicant. Though
individually the Board members made statements indicating the Building Commissioner did not err in making its decision regarding this
case, the Board allowed the applicant to request withdrawal without prejudice.
The Board granted the request upon describing the options the applicant could pursue to request approval for building a single family
home.
