FINDINGS:
The Zoning Board granted the Finding for the expansion of the building within the URC portion of the property based upon the plans
submitted with the application/. The Board determined that the expansion to the preexisting nonconformity will not be substantially more
detrimental to the neighborhood than the existing nonconforming nature of the use. The Zoning Board heard that many of the activities
that are currently being conducted exterior to the building will be brought into the new addition and improve conditions on site.
