The designated Zoning Administrator granted the Finding based on the materials and graphics submitted with the application and.
The Findings of the Board Administrator under Section 9.3 for an expansion of a pre- existing non - conforming structure related to the side
Yard setback were as follows:
I. The Administrator found that the expansion would not be substantially more detrimental to the neighborhood than the existing
nonconforming structure.
2. The Administator found that the addition would not extend any closer to any front, side, or rear property boundary than the current
zoning allows and that the existing structure already extends. The existing non conforming structure sits approximately 6' from the
property boundary at its closest point Because the structure is not parallel with the property boundary, the addition will be
approximately 10' from the property boundary.
3. The Administrator also determined that this extension would not create any new violation of other zoning provisions; and does not
involve a sign.
