Subject Complaint of May 12 against 97 Glendale Rd.
Map 42 Lot 74
Dear Mr. Dostal,
Our office has made three site investigations with regards to your complaint. The action
taken has been as follows:
a. Junk cars are to be removed within 30days.
b. The tree splitting is for family only, the owner of property has removed signs and will
not conduct business from this location,
c. The storage shed was constructed over thirty years ago and precedes present zoning
ordinances which require a permit.
d. If Mr. Lyman is clearing land that does not belong to him it is a civil matter between
Mr. Lyman and the person's land that he is clearing. He states that he does clear"blow
downs" by request of owners.
