39-020 and 39-054 TITLE ABSTRACTHi Wayne: My research revealed that MaryLou LaBarge of 432 Burts Pit Road is the owner of both 39‐20 and  39‐54.  The chain of Ɵtle for these two parcels is as follows: 1.By foreclosure deed dated April 6, 1936, Alice S. Bystryk acquired three parcels of land located on Hockanum Ferry Road.  AŌer ploƫng out all three tracts, my conclusion is that Tract  3 in the deed is comprised of Parcels  39‐54 and 39‐20.  I have included within the aƩachments a copy of the deed and sketch of the parcel.  I verified the descripƟon by examining the chains of Ɵtle for the abuƫng parcels and confirming the name references of the abuƩers. 2.Alice S. Bystryk died around 1960.  Her heirs conveyed Tract  3 to Joseph A. Stryszko by deed dated September 28, 1960, and recorded in Book 1337, Page 85.  Tract  3 is not actually described in the deed but is conveyed by a book and page reference to the foreclosure deed. 3.Joseph A. Stryszko  conveyed Tract  3 to Chester Monska by deed dated February 13, 1960, and recorded in Book 1345, Page 70.  Tract  3 is not actually described in the deed but is conveyed by a book and page reference to the foreclosure deed. 4.Chester Monska then immediately conveyed Tract  3 to Joseph A. Stryszko and BeƩy Ann Stryszko, husband and wife, as tenants by the enƟrety, by deed dated February 13, 1960, and recorded in Book 1345, Page 71.  Tract City of Northampton Mail - RE: Owner Unknown Parcel: 39-54https://mail.google.com/mail/u/0/?ui=2&ik=b844d309b5&view=pt&sea... 1 of 3 6/17/2015 11:04 AM 3 is not actually described in the deed but is conveyed by a book and page reference to the foreclosure deed. 5.BeƩy Ann Stryszko died on January 24, 2008.  Upon her death, record Ɵtle to Tract  3 passed to Joseph A. Stryszko as the surviving tenant by the enƟrety. 6.Joseph A. Stryszko died testate on October 15, 2008.  Pursuant to ArƟcle 3 in the will, Joseph devised all his real estate to his daughter, Mary Lou LaBarge.  7.Based on the foregoing, my opinion is that MaryLou LaBarge is the owner of both Parcel 39‐54 and Parcel 39‐20.
