Dear Sirs: It is the opinion of this company that severe winter weather and the fact that the house was left open and unheated, caused rear foundation to move inward. However, since the home will now be occupied and heated, and the fact that the cellar floor has added support to foundation, it is our opinion that no further movement will occur.
