Dear Mary and Ron:
Thank you for your confidence in Wright Builders and for the opportunity to be of
assistance. Our quote is based on the scope of work outlined below.
The Scope of the Project: The scope of the work is as outlined below:
Replace two existing exterior doors with custom mahogany units new hinges, tempered
IG glass. Prefinish is not yet included.
Replace sections of siding and water table and trim as needed along the patio side of the
house. Replace rake boar, all ready for stain by others.
Replace 9 Velux skylights with new VS operable units, "comfort" glass, and remote
manual operator. Bronze glass can be furnished for an additional $4725.00.
Replace two existing failed Andersen borrowed lights between the kitchen and sunroom.
Replace existing kitchen counters with new stone counters in place. You would provide
the undermount sink and faucet. We would cut out one row of tile and use stone in its
place. Renovate cabinetry for new oven, using existing connections. We have included
an allowance for selection from the stone products we have on display from our
fabricator.
Remove existing laundry cabinets and install new Ultracraft laminate European style
cabinetry with laminate tops, and allowance for hardware. Cut out and install pocket
door to laundry area.
