At the regular meeting of April 7 , 1980, the Northampton Conservation
Commission voted on the following message to you in regard to your
property(ies) on Kennedy Road in Northampton:
Please inform that Conservation Commission of an_additional work
contemplated for one or several of your parcels on Kennedy Road . The
piling of tree stumps in or about a wetland on your property is an
apparent violation of The Mass. Wetlands Protection Act. The potential
erosion problem on that long and steep driveway that you had constructed
should be addressed in an effective and expeditious manner.
