FINDINGS:
The Board Administrator issued the permit based on the information in the application and from the hearing. The Administrator granted
the Finding based upon:
Section 9.3 for addition of emergency egress that would extend into the side setback with a 5’ setback at the landing. The rear of the
structure comes closer to the lot line than 5’ and the platform will not extend closer than the existing non-conformity..
2. The Administrator found that the home would not extend any closer to any front, side, or rear property boundary than the current
zoning allows and that the pre-existing structure already extends.
3. The Administrator also determined that the new construction would not create any new violation of other zoning provisions; and does
not involve a sign.
