13. There will be no change in grade or removal of vegetation between
the house and the brook beyond an encroachment line located 21 .feet
from- the brook.
14. The two indicated trees on the batiks of the brook are exempted from

15. Any excavation on the northwestern side of the house (towards the
brook) shall be done from Above the banks of the brook.
16. Any grading of the site between the house and the brook shall be
minimized and the slope of the excavated area between the house and
the brook shall be stabilized by mulching and seeding as soon as
possible.
17. Staked hay bales shall be placed between the area- of excavation and
the brook to prevent sedimentation of the brook during construction.
