We, Joseph R. Beauregard and Barbara L. Beauregard,
presently o � �M46d6w -Road, Northampton, Massachusetts,
having personal knowledge of the facts herein stated, under oath,
depose and say that we received a building permit on April 13,
1976, from the Northampton Building Inspector's Office to
construct a barn on our property at 323 Coles Meadow Road,
Northampton, Massachusetts, and during construction of the barn,
we also constructed a second driveway from Coles Meadow Road to
the barn on the Southeast side of the dwelling house and have
used and maintained that driveway to this day.
