We would like to award you the contract for removing the building at 128 Rocky Hill Road,as you
proposed. Attached is our proposed contract.
The Conservation Commission has already issued the permit for this work. The only requirement is that
you install some kind of erosion control barrier(hay bales or silt fence)on the rear of your work area as
close to the building as your work will allow.
If this is all acceptable to you, please sign all FOUR copies of the attached contract(you need to sign and
your corporate clerk needs to sign) and return to me. I will then get the city signatures.
