FINDINGS: The Board approved the Special Permit for the expansion of the house with a non-conforming front setback for the garage on this corner lot based on the plans submitted with the application. In approving the Special Permit, the Board found that the expansion along the side of the house was not substantially more detrimental to the neighborhood than the existing non-conforming setback of the detached garage. The Board determined that a drywell would offset runoff from the new addition to counter any runoff that may be coming of the existing detached garage that will remain on site.
