RE Plan changes for Permit#BP-2014-1238 Storage and Mudroom Additions
Dear Chuck,
We would like to make the following basic changes to the plans:
Foundations:
Eliminate the Alaskan slabs and install conventional foundations
Heating:
The mudroom will have standard hot water baseboard heat, instead of radiant.
The storage room will be unheated.
Footprint:
There are slight changes to the footprint to make construction easier. See attached
drawings. The mudroom will remain a minimum of 5' from the garage/studio as required
by Zoning.
There are other minor changes to lighting plan, etc. It is our goal to simplify the plan
while doing everything to code. If you have any questions or concerns, please let me
know.
