RE: 596 Ryan Road, Complaint
Dear Mr. and Mrs. Tuperkeizsis:
Please find enclosed ticket number# 04521, made out to you for the continued violations at
596 Ryan Road, Florence, MA.
You have received correspondence from the City of Northampton Building office and me on,
May 2, 2014 and May 16, 2014. In the letter of May 16, 2014, you were ORDERED to
REMOVE the units located on the Ryan Road lot or be subject to fines.
Mr. Thomas Tuperkeizsis, called me after receiving the ORDER dated May 16, 2014 asking for
time to remove the bus and container unit from the lot at 596 Ryan Road Florence, MA. The
items as Mr. Tuperkeizsis, explained had been donated to soldier on and The Girl Scouts. Mr.
Tuperkeizsis, asked for six weeks to allow them to take the items. I informed him I needed a
letter from him guaranteeing me the date of removal of the units by him, a letter from the Girl
Scouts and Soldier On, accepting the donations. I requested this within two days.
Now weeks later, no communication has been received. A fine of $ 100.00 dollars is enclosed
for the ongoing violations. As per the City of Northampton ordinance you may be subject to
additional fines if the violations continue. Two weeks from the date of this letter, the City of
Northampton will seek an ORDER in HOUSING Court to compel the removal of the bus and
storage unit in violation of chapter 350, sections 5.2 and 5.3 (A). In order to stop further
action you are to remove these items within two weeks from this notice.
Should you wish to discuss this matter please feel free to call me at anytime.
Respectf Ily,
Kyle J. Scott
