My clients recently filed the enclosed renewed application for grandfathered
entertainment uses at the airport. This is just to make clear it was intended to be a
resubmission of the same application recently denied by your office and the Zoning
Board of Appeals. The difference is this time we are asking that you consider the
application based on not only the previously submitted supporting documents, but also
the testimony you were present to hear at the public hearings.
