Scott,
reviewed the plan you submitted for zoning approval. Since the garage facing the street comprises more than
30% of the building facade, it isn't allowed. I've included a link to the use and dimension table. Check the bottom
diagram on page 1.

Nancy's interpretation is correct. The new URA standards don't allow a garage, attached to the house, facing
the street, to exceed 30% of the area of the whole facade that faces the street regardless of the setback. This
requirement is an attempt to keep a more urban look to the URA district.
