as follows:
16. The dimensions , specifications and location of the barn will be as
indicated on the plan and sketch submitted to the Conservation
Commission on July 25, 1977 .
17 . The structure of the barn shall be so designed , constructed and
secured to prevent flotation, collapse, or lateral movement of
the structure during flooding, and to be consistent with the need
to minimize flood damage.
18. The construction of the barn shall. comply with flood-proofing
specifications in the Massachusetts Building Code.
