Gentlemen:
On December 15, 1976 Richard W. Ingersoll, president of
Tri-Ri Corp. applied for and was issued Building Permit
x#486, to construct an accessory barn with loft at loca-
tion tax map 25 BD, lot 75, zoned S.C.
August 2, 1977, the premise was inspected by Cecil. Clark,
Building Inspector, and Edward J. Tewhill, Assistant
Building Inspector. The following conditions were noted:
1. A sign, approximately 3'-0" X 5'-0" has been
attached to the south wall, indicating the Tri-
Ri Corp. telephone number, and advertising Kirby
Buildings.
2. It appears that on the second floor, an office
Is in operation, plus a recreation area.

It is the duty of this office to enforce the decisions of
the Board of Appeals, in this case their decision of
September 28, 1977 denying your petition for a variance
to use a building for an office in an SC 2.one.
Unless you intend to appeal this to a higrher authority,
we refer to our original letter of liursust 3, 1977 and
ask that you comply with the ,"JBA$s decision and correct
this violation by November 18, 1977•
