14. The downstream slope of the roadbed shall be no steeper than a 2:1 grade. This
area shall be stabilized with stone rip -rap. The upstream slope of the road
embankment shall be mulched and seeded as soon as possible.
15. Stone rip -rap shall be placed at the do opening of the culvert in order
to dissipate the velocity of the flow.

the brook.
