RE: MCKENNA-RACICOT
On July 13, 1995 I visited 1 Pine Valley Road to follow-up phone complaint
from Jack McKenna that there were more junk cars on the property of
Robert Racicot than allowed by zoning. I inspected the site at 2:00 PM
and found that Mr. Racicot was in compliance with city zoning. Enclosed
are photo's taken that day.

RE: MCKENNA-RACICOT
Mr. McKenna called this office on July 18, 1995 at 1:40 PM to complain
that Mr. Racicot was performing car repair in his garage in violation
of zoning (operating a business) .
I went to 1 Pine Valley Road at 2:00 PM and observed a Volkswagon being
worked on in the garage. I asked Mr. Racicot who the vehicle belonged to,
he informed me that it was his grandaughter's and produced the registration
for the vehicle. The registration verified it was his grandaughter's.
No other vehicles were in the garage. I informed Mr. Racicot that a
complaint had been made that he was operating a repair business. He told me,
he was not.
I left the scene, there were no violations.

RE: MCKENNA/RACICOT
I visited 1 Pine Valley Road on Saturday, September 2nd at 10:00 AM. The
lot was free of junk vehicles.
Mr. Racicot was working in the garage installing a winch on a truck
belonging to him. There were no zoning violations nor was there the
appearance of a business being operated at this time.
