I am writing in reference to: 596 Ryan Road, Florence, Mass. 01060
I know that you have been renting to the current tenants for over a year now. I wasn't sure if You
are aware as to how many families are currently residing at this address. There is a trailer on the
side of the house with someone living in it; and has power running to it from the house. Plus a
family staying in the side nearest the garage, which also have teenage kids.
I know that you had been out and had the place cleaned up. It did help for awhile, a short while.
Now there seems to be broken down vehicles in the back and sides of the house. I am not one to
be so concerned with the living styles of others, but when you have company visiting you and there
seems to be excessively loud music from a neighbors house, it can be quite embarrassing. There
are some neighbors that will complain to the police dept. and they are out; more times than others
on the week ends.
I hope that for the courtesy of your surrounding neighbors you might give this a looking into.
Thank You For Your Tune,
A Concerned Neighbor

Dear Mr. Sienkiewicz:
Reference is made to our telephone conversation of January 27, 1995 with
reference to 596 Ryan Road.
Enclosed please find copies of letters written to Mr. Messier covering our
conversation. As you can see August 24, 1993 in the beginning Tom stated
the possibilty of a wood burning stove to Mr. Messier upon checking with our
insurance company, they were fully against it , at which time Mr. Messier was
verbally told not to install a wood burning stove, this would have been around
September, October, November 1993 until the letter was written for the wood piling.
It almost (in looking back) that seemed to be his master plan, cutting down
the trees and piling the wood for future wood burning.
See copy of letter written by a concerned neighbor. I could not respond to this
as I have no idea who it is. Copy of letter written to Whiting Oil Company enclosed
for your reference.
Thanks for all your help in hopes of having all this resolved in the near
future as It has been very difficult to live with the conditions of our home at
596 Ryan Road.
I did not work all my life to pay for my first home to have it be put in a state,
that Tom and I are not interested in as we had planned someday to go back to Ryan Road
as our retirement home.
