At a meeting held on March 24, 1988 , the Planning Board
'! of the City of Northampton voted unanimously to grant the
lirequest of FREDERICK R. MAILLOUX for a SPECIAL PERMIT under
the Provisions of Section 6 . 13 , Pages 6-11 and 6-12 of the
' Zoning Ordinance of the City of Northampton, for the purpose
i' of constructing a single family home on a Flag Lot located
' on the South side of Turkey Hill Road (Parcels 6 & 7-A,
(! Sheet 35 ) , Northampton, MA. A Public Hearing was held on
, February 25, 1988 and continued to March 24, 1988 in Council
' Chambers, Wallace J. Puchalski Municipal Building, 212 Main
! Street, Northampton, MA under the provisions of Chapter 40A,
M. G. L.
The Findings were as follows: i
1. The use requested is listed in the Zoning Ordinance
Has a Special Permit in the district for which application is
( made.
I 2 . The requested use bears a positive relationship to
the public convenience or welfare.

3 . The requested use will not create undue traffic I
congestion. .
4. The requested use will not overload any public I
water, drainage or sewer system or any other municipal
system.
5. The requested use will not unduly impair the
integrity of the district or adjoining zones, and the use is
in harmony with the general purpose and intent of the
,!Ordinance.
