At a meeting held on March 24, 1988 , the Planning Board
of the City of Northampton voted unanimously to grant the
request of FREDERICK R. MAILLOUX for a SPECIAL PERMIT under
the Provisions of Section 6. 13 , Pages 6-11 and 6-12 of the
Zoning Ordinance of the City of Northampton, for the purpose
! of constructing a single family home on a Flag Lot located

Sheet 35) , Northampton, MA. A Public Hearing was held on
( February 25, 1988 and continued to March 24, 1988 in Council
Chambers, Wallace J. Puchalski Municipal Building, 212 Main

1. The use requested is listed in the Zoning Ordinance
