In excess of 500 cu. yd. of material has been 'placed of site. No appropriate pArmif has
been obtained. No site plan has been filed. Blatant disreguard on owner/developers
part has resulted in severe drainage problems. nrainagA problems have resulted
in hazardous (i.e. icy) road conditions specifically within Sylvester Road complaint
