RE: Fax Dated 2/12/96
Dear Mr. Olander,
Your fax was received on Feb 13 , 1996 in regards to a dwelling unit
that does not have a Certificate of Occupancy. The issue was being
discussed by former Building Commissioner, Frank Sienkiewicz and
former City Solicitor, Kathy Fallon, at that time it was my
understanding that they were trying to resolve the legal issues
surrounding inspection of work that is concealed and should have
but never was inspected. I was also under the impression that these
were issues that they resolved with you before their departure from
city government. Needless to say I was surprised by your fax and
the tone in which you worded the fax.
I will attempt to resolve the issues surrounding this problem and
will be in touch with you with regards to this matter.
Sincerely,
Ant ony Patin
Building Commissioner
City of Northampton
