Re: Connecticut River Greenway Park DEP File # 246-0668 Request for Amended Notice of Intent Dear Commission Members: In response to comments from the US Army Corps of Engineers and
MA DEP, revisions were necessary to satisfy the various agency concerns. As a result, modifications to the grading along the boat ramp access road and around the proposed boathouse site
are presented as well as the addition of a new handicapped accessible ramp to facilitate access resulting from the new grades. In general, the overall impacts to the resource areas were
significantly reduced. A slight increase to Riverfront Area disturbance is proposed as a result of the additional handicapped ramp. A breakdown of the various impacts and the changes
that result with the plan modifications are presented below. No changes to the stormwater drainage system or other utilities are proposed. Previous Current Wetland BVW 2,200 SF 232 SF
