• Full scale plans were not provided with the application, but the proposed driveway grades
appear to be in the range of 8 -10 %, which is quite steep.
• DPW driveway permits require that driveways with grades greater than 3% shall be paved
for the first 100 feet as soon as possible.
• Homeowners are responsible for any cost to the City resulting from driveway washouts.
