Tryumph Management Corp. is a real estate holding company incorporated in the State of Florida and doing business mostly in South Florida for over ten years on behalf of its principal, Robert Curran Jr. Mr. Curran is the owner of the Roundhouse building, which is the property abutting the Roundhouse Parking Lot Parcel. Tryumph will work in connection with Aecon, Inc. from Suffield, Connecticut to expedite the development of the site. Aecon is a design build company with over twenty years experience in the New England area. In addition, Tryumph has retained Tighe & Bond to advise with respect to all Brownsfields issues pertaining to the site. The proposal is for the purchase of the entire 47,600 square foot lot and encompasses two phases.
