FINDINGS:
The replacement of doors with new mahogany doors on the exterior of John M. Green Hall can be appropriate and a Certificate of
Appropriateness if hereby granted, WITH the following conditions:
1. The doors shall be no less than approximately (give or take a few inches) nine feet tall.
2. The retained iron grill on the new doors shall have at least one additional row (two preferred) beyond that shown on the submitted
plans.
3. The vertical trim shown on the doors in the submitted plans shall extend to the top of the doors.
4. The new exterior hardware on the doors shall match the color of the mahogany doors.
Any person aggrieved by this Certificate of Appropriateness may, within 20 days after the filing of the notice of such determination with
the City Clerk, file a written request with the Commission for a de novo review by a person or persons of competence and experience in
such matters, designed by the Pioneer Valley Planning Commission.
