FINDINGS:
The designated Zoning Administrator granted the Finding based on the materials and graphics submitted with the application as revised
on June 14.
The Findings of the Board Administrator under Section 9.3 for a change to a pre-existing non-conforming ground floor residential use by
renovation and expansion to six units maintaining the ground floor residence within a commercial district:
1. The Administrator found that the change would not be substantially more detrimental to the neighborhood than the existing
nonconforming use on the lot. The existing use would would remain but could be converted to a by-right commercial use in the future.
The addition of the handicap access would facilitate conversion to such uses.
2. The Administrator also determined that the new construction would not create any new violation of other zoning provisions; and does
not involve a sign. The addition of parking spaces in the rear would provide parking that is not currently present noting that additional
parking is not required.
