At a meeting conducted on May 24, 2001, the Zoning Board of Appeals authorized Zoning
Administrator granted the request of Marti Newkirk for a FINDING under Section 9.3(1)(D)
in the Northampton Zoning Ordinance to change a pre- existing non - conforming structure for
property located at 32 Gleason Road, Map 18C, Parcel 92.
Zoning Administrator: Larry Snyder.
The Findings of the Zoning Administrator under Section 9.3(1)(D) for a change of a pre-
existing structure were as follows:
1. The Zoning Administrator found that the change (renovation of a covered porch to a four -
season sunroom) would not be substantially more detrimental to the neighborhood than
the existing nonconforming structure and would not extend any closer to any front, side,
or rear property boundary than the current zoning allows or existing structure already
extends, and would not create any new violation of other zoning provisions; and does not
involve a sign.
