Thank you for your letter of September 10, 1995 requesting Board
of Trustees approval of your basement finishing plans.
The Board met on September 29, 1995 and approved the request sub-
ject to the following conditions:
1. The Board must review any engineering drawings of your
desired changes.
2. It is understood that the changes will not breach the
structural integrity of the building; that is there will
be no excavation involving the basement floor or foundation.
All costs, fees, permits, etc., will be the responsibility of
the unit owner.
