Continuance Request Carolyn Misch From:Peter Wells <peter@berkshiredesign.com> Sent:Thursday, December 01, 2011 10:42 AM To:Carolyn Misch Cc:STEWILL47@aol.com Subject:Kensington Estates Carolyn, A number of issues have come up regarding Kensington Estates revisions. First off, our files have been “corrupted” and we spent considerable time putting them back together (over a week of time). I won’t try and explain why this happened since it would take me all day. Second, we have decided to revise the plans and submit the 100’ Tangent Plan that the DPW was so adamant about. This means revising 8-10 lot areas and the plan and profile of the roadway along with relocating utilities, easements, etc. We still manage to get (24) lots that are slightly smaller but still very buildable. Unfortunately we would like to request another, and hopefully final, extension until the late January or early February whichever the board determines. If you could please e-mail Steve Wilner the necessary signature form I would really appreciate it. By the way, I did go out to the site and flagged the entire center line with blue flags that are approximately at “eye-level” if any of the board members want to walk the proposed roadway. I can also meet them there if requested. Call if you have any questions or concerns.
