2). Banners shall not be lit
3). Banners shall be no taller than 4' in height by 10" wide.
FINDINGS:
The Zoning Board issued the special permit for 2 projecting banners based upon the application materials submitted.
The Board found the following criteria in section 7.2 M to be met:
Signs are located only where they are otherwise permitted in the district; and
(2) The Board of Appeals determined that the architecture of the building, is such that an additional sign would not detract from the
character of the neighborhood and should be permitted in the public interest.
The gallery has changing exhibits for which the banners could provide additional public notice.
(3) The Board of Appeals specified that the banner size be as submitted on the plans.
