PARKING GARAGE & HOTEL Amendment to add 11 hotel rooms for a total of 112, plus, greenhouse addition. The property address is
260 Main Street.
HARDSHIP:
CONDITION OF APPROVAL:
1)Prior to any temporary certificate of occupancy of hotel an 'intelligent parking system monitor" shall
be installed after evaluation, selection and approval by the parking division.
2). A final certificate of occupancy for the hotel may not be issued until construction of the parking
garage has begun. A temporary occupancy permit of up to 24 months for the hotel may be issued at
which time construction of the garage must begin unless a different time frame has been otherwise
stipulated in the performance guarantee approved by the City, whichever is less.
FINDINGS:
The Planning Board granted the amendment for the additional 11 rooms, greenhouse and parking garage phasing based on the following
plans submitted with the application.

2. Hilton Garden Inn Building Elevations. Page A301 East & West Elevations Dated 11-11-08. by Russell & Dawson Architects.
3. Hilton Garden Inn Site Plan Approval Site Layout Plan Sheet L5, dated June 24, 2009, by The Berkshire Design Group, Inc.
4. Hilton Garden Inn Site Plan Interim Site Layout, Plan Sheet L4 dated July 23, 2009 by The Berkshire Design Group, Inc.
The Planning Board found that these were minor amendments and the overall project continued to meet the approval criteria as originally
defined in the initial permit. All other conditions of the original permit stand.
