FINDINGS:
The Zoning Board issued the special permit for an additional wall sign (projecting banner) based upon the application materials
submitted.
The Board found the following criteria in section 7.2 M to be met:
Signs are located only where they are otherwise permitted in the district; and
(2) The Board of Appeals determined that the architecture of the building, is such that an additional sign would not detract from the
character of the neighborhood and should be permitted in the public interest.
The building is on a curve and the front wall sign is not visible from Main Street.
(3) The Board of Appeals specified that the banner size be as submitted on the plans. (7' x 1')
