FINDINGS:
The Planning Board voted to approve the amendment to the special permit based on the following plans submitted to the Board. The
permit amendment is solely for allowing a second lot to be created (parcel CN -2A) as part of the project with frontage coming from
Evergreen Road. The frontage for the remaining parcel will continue to be counted from Haydenville Rd. No other separate lots are
created.
