It is simply an upgrading of the kitchen appliances and the accompanying electric and plumbing work which will performed by an licensed electrician and plumber and add a couple of windows and a sliding door. As you can see from the diagram below there is a back room off the kitchen and an adjacent enclosed porch that make up the back corner of the home. No work will be done in the porch.
