I have no problem with that. We do it all the time. We do have a company master padlock. This is Shane's call
though so I will leave this up to you and him. Thanks for the email!

Cinda:
For a change, I am NOT emailing you about either purchasing your land in Northampton, purchasing a CR on
it, or doing a 1036 Exchange (even though I still want to do one of those soon).
Instead, we are looking at gating Turkey Hill Road beyond the paved section to prevent abuse. We will own all
of the property along the gravel section of Turkey Hill Road by the end of May, so now is the time to do it.
Cowls does own, however, a right-of-way through the Mineral Hills Conservation Area to give you access to
your property, so we want to make sure that we are not doing anything to limit your rights or your ability to log
your property in anyway.
Do you have any objection to us gating the road, provide that we clearly acknowledge your right-of-way and
provide you with keys? We would set up the gate with double locks, one of which is our standard lock and one
would either be your lock (if you have a standard you use) or a lock that we provide for you.

I look forward to hearing back from you.
