FINDINGS:
The Zoning Board issued the special permit for 2 directional ground signs larger than allowed by right based upon the application
materials submitted.
The Board found the following criteria in section 7.2 M to be met:
Signs are located only where they are otherwise permitted in the district; and
(2) The Board of Appeals determined that the architecture of the building, is such that an additional sign would not detract from the
character of the neighborhood and should be permitted in the public interest. The building is setback and the front wall is not visible at
the street.
These single sided signs direct and orient access to the site from each direction on King Street.
(3) The Board of Appeals specified that the size be as submitted on the plans.
