Thank you for this information, Sarah. As we discussed on the phone just now, it appears that the Order of
Conditions for the Northampton Airport work, DEP File number 246 -551, does not expire until December 14,
2012; thus, no extension is necessary at this time.

Here's an FAQ sheet about the Permit Extension Act. Interesting stuff.
There's no state letterhead on this, because it seems intended to be used by lots of different state agencies.
I'll make a note in the OOC file for the airport project.
