Dear Mr. Meyer,
On behalf of the City of Northampton Conservation Commission, I am writing to inform you that on May 14, 2009 the Northampton Conservation Commission voted to approve the minor design
revisions for the Jackson Street Bikeway Access Ramp, including the addition of a switchback. The Conservation Commission determined that the minor changes will not alter an area subject
to protection under the Massachusetts Protection Act, and approved the revisions as an administrative change under the negative Determination of Applicability issued on 03/12/2009.
The project does not require additional permitting under the Massachusetts Wetlands Protection Act.
